ETHICS


EightRock's Code of Conduct provides six ethical values which employees must follow in conducting business. These ethical values are summarized as follows:

Integrity

We realize our Firm's core ethical values and our reputation for integrity, trust, confidentiality, fairness and professionalism and respect the interests of our stakeholders (clients, employees, shareholders, service providers, government authorities, financial regulators, competitors and media) and of society as a whole.

Responsibility

We honor our commitments and take personal responsibility for our actions and promise only what we can deliver. We do not mislead our stakeholders.

Fairness

We believe in courteous and respectful treatment of our stakeholders and support equal opportunities and a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.

Compliance

We acknowledge the importance of all relevant laws, regulations, policies and standards, both internal and external, and comply with them and are committed to exemplary management discipline, model compliance and control environment.

Transparency

We seek to be constructive, transparent and open with our stakeholders based on fairness, mutual respect and professionalism.

Confidentiality

We treat confidential information as such and do not disclose non-public information concerning the Firm, its clients, and employees, unless obligated by law.
